Every job on Roven is a real, confirmed-open role at a verified business — and every employer's response rate is published on their listings, so you can see who actually answers before you spend an hour applying. Free for job seekers. Forever.
The job board problem
You polish the résumé, write the cover letter, hit apply — and nothing. Not a rejection. Nothing. That silence isn't bad luck; it's how job boards are built. They get paid when jobs get posted, not when people get hired.
Roles kept open to collect résumés, test the market, or look like growth. On Roven, a job can't go live until the employer confirms it's a real, open position.
Most applications on the big boards never get a response of any kind. On Roven, response rates are tracked, timed, and published on every employer's profile.
Sponsored listings decide what you see, not fit. Roven doesn't sell placement, and an employer's reputation score can't be bought, edited, or hidden.
How Roven is different
Every employer passes business identity verification before their first post. No shell companies, no scrapers, no fake recruiters. If it's on Roven, it's a real business we've checked.
Response rate, response speed, ghost rate — measured automatically and published on every employer profile. How they treat applicants follows them.
Posting is free. Searching is free. Roven only makes money when a real hire happens — so our incentive is your outcome, not your ad spend.
Matching built on skills and fit, not keyword bingo. Fewer, better applications on both sides of the table.
How it works
Full-time, part-time, and contract — every listing is a confirmed open role at an identity-verified business, labeled with exactly what kind of work it is.
Check any employer's accountability record before you spend time applying.
Employers are scored on responding. Silence costs them, publicly.
Interview, offer, hire — tracked on-platform so your experience counts.
A few minutes of business verification. It becomes a trust badge candidates can see.
No posting fees, no sponsorship ladder, no pay-per-click meter running.
Verified applicants, matched on fit — not a résumé flood.
A placement fee only when someone you hired through Roven actually starts.
The accountability score
Anyone can write a review. Roven's employer scores are computed from what actually happened on the platform — every application answered or ignored, timed to the hour. Employers can't edit them. We can't sell them. That's the point.

Questions
Yes, permanently. There is no premium tier, no paid placement, no way to pay for your application to be seen sooner, and no charge to download anything you make here. It is written into our Terms of Service, because a promise that is not written down is not a promise.
No. Most resume builders let you build one free and then ask for a card at the download step. The Roven resume builder is free to build, free to improve with AI, and free to download — with no watermark. The file is yours to send anywhere, including to jobs that are not on Roven.
Every listing runs on a 30-day confirmation clock. The employer has to re-confirm the role is genuinely still open, or it comes down automatically. You can see how recently that happened on the listing itself — “confirmed open 2 days ago”. It is the single biggest reason ghost jobs cannot survive here.
That is the whole product. Every employer's response rate, average response speed and confirmed hires are computed automatically from real activity and published on every listing they post. They cannot edit it and they cannot buy it. Passing on someone is a perfectly good answer; silence is the only wrong one, and here it is visible.
They charge employers per application or per month, so the incentive is volume. Roven charges one flat fee only when a hire actually happens, so our incentive is your outcome. We also verify every employer and publish their response record. There is a full breakdown on our comparison pages.
You need a work history, but you can type it in instead of uploading anything. Either way you only enter it once: it becomes your profile, your resume, and what the match engine scores new roles against.
Only if you add one, and it is entirely optional. When you do, it appears alongside your application so an employer sees a person rather than a username.
Yes, from your profile in the app. Your sign-in is deleted immediately, your profile, work history, resume files and photo are purged, and past applications are anonymized so employers keep the record of how they handled an application without keeping your identity. The details are in our privacy policy.
